Jumping off from La Lola’s Tsokolate, Tsoko.Nut Batirol’s Tsokolate Ah is a sweeter take on the bitter chocolate mentioned earlier. As tablea is naturally bitter, added sugar jumps out at you and presents an added layer to the chocolate’s original flavor.
A batirol is a turned wooden whisk used to blend hot chocolate and other hot beverages. It is placed in-between open palms and turned in alternating clockwise and counterclockwise circles. In this way, the bits of tablea are blended into the drink while a pleasantly light froth is created on top.
