OYO Philippines alerts the public that an individual named Jon Daniel Finuliar or any other agency, company or individual is not authorized to offer employment, collect any monetary value or arrive at a similar arrangement in return for a job with the company.

OYO has been informed of the existence of fraudulent messages and misleading recruitment advertisements circulating on social media for fictitious employment opportunities in OYO Philippines from Jon Daniel Finuliar or emanating from the domain @OYOhotelsphcorporate.com. The company also confirms that Finuliar has held interviews and sessions for job seekers. The use of the OYO name and logo featured on any offer letter or documentation by Finuliar is entirely without authority.

OYO is taking this matter seriously and will work closely with the appropriate authorities to effectively address the issue. OYO Philippines Country Head Ankit Gupta is firm to conduct legal action, including criminal action, against all persons involved.

OYO Philippines requests the public to note that all official communication from OYO Philippines, including job offers, come only from the domain @oyorooms.com and only the human resources director at OYO Philippines is authorized to extend job offers. OYO Philippines is not obliged to honor job offers or assurances made by third parties or unauthorized persons.

“We are an equal opportunities employer and hire purely on merit. We do not charge any fee or monetary arrangement at any stage of the recruitment process,” Gupta shared.

OYO encourages the public to be vigilant and verify sources at all times. In case of suspected employment fraud related to the company, OYO can be reached through [email protected].
