And while we limit our physical contact with others, it has undeniably made us appreciate and bring closer the people we love. Despite not being in the same physical space as our friends and family, this pandemic has apparently helped forged us deeper connections.

Even after the quarantine, constantly check up on your loved ones that don’t live in your home. It is important to maintain social connections while social distancing. Send them funny memes or GIFs. Message them. Call them. If you’re feeling sad or anxious, rely on them for emotional support. Conversely, make sure they feel less alone and have social support.
