Coffee has been part of our everyday life. It’s a known fact that people drink coffee at any time of the day. However, sometimes we lessen our caffeine consumption for specific reasons. It could be to start saving money or lessen your “addiction” – sometimes (we are all guilty of this) we get too dependent on coffee when it comes to productivity.

Getting headaches are one of the trademark effects of coffee withdrawal. According to studies, coffee causes the blood vessels in the brain to narrow and as a consequence, slow down blood flow. When you reduce your coffee consumption, your blood vessels then start to open up, causing greater blood flow. Change in blood flow can cause headaches and the intensity varies from person to person.
