12 Filipino Content Creators Partnered With Nas Daily

Nuseir Yassin of Nas Daily, a famous internet content creator, has topped twelve highly followed Filipino personalities to create courses for his online creator school, Nas Academy announced on June 26, 2021, on Facebook.

A month before his Filipino artists and influencers’ announcement, Nuseir Yassin faced a hated misunderstanding between Apo Whang-Od and netizens against the contract agreement of the Kalinga tattooist on August 5.

Meanwhile, among the creators that the Nas Academy featured to teach in each academy are the following:

  1. Jessica Soho, a multi-awarded journalist, host of the top-rating television magazine show, Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho. Also, the Filipina recipient of the highly acclaimed George Foster Peabody Award will discuss broadcast journalism.
  2. Michael Cinco, Dubai-based Filipino designer known for his couture gowns already worn by several A-list celebrities including Jennifer Lopez, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and Bretman Rock will teach future mentees topics all about fashion.
  3. Moira Dela Torre, a singer-songwriter is known for her angelic rendition of OPM songs, and music that would make popular across the Philippines including “Malaya” and “Tagpuan” will teach storytelling through songwriting.
  4. Chinkee Tan, a television and radio personality who now shares in his Youtube channel, Chink Positive, different financial tips and hacks for his Pinoy fans will revolve his topic on money discussing financial stress, improving financial health, and components of financial freedom.
  5. James Deakin, a Filipino-British blogger, radio-television personality will also be featured on the Philippine creators’ page to discuss effective communication. Deakin and Nuseir Yassin of Nas Daily have had multiple collaborations and discussed canceling couture in 2019.
  6. Jason Magbanua, one of the most sought-after videographers in the business, was also tapped by Nas Academy to do mentorship work. Magbanua is best known for his video journals from clients’ special events include Jess Wilson and Ritz Gastl’s wedding in Palawan, and Paul Soriano and Toni Gonzaga’s church wedding. Magbanua was tapped by the teaching platform to discuss being a visual storyteller.
  7. Erwan Heussaff, the founder of Fat Kid Inside Incorporated and is popularly known for his creative video productions, content creations in his revamped Youtube channel, FEATR, and sports and fitness application, REBEL has also partnered with Nas Daily and Project Nightfall, known as Argon Hare, in an Instagram special project. Heussaff will share his knowledge on content creation.
  8. Carlo Ople, also a content creator and digital advertising veteran that also works for PLDT, a telecommunications company, as a Vice-President and Head for Marketing Communications will collaborate with Nas Academy to discuss all the know-how in building a creator business focusing on earning revenue from content, AdSense, and brand deals.
  9. Maverick Bautista, also known as Mav’s Phenomenal Basketball on his social media, was a basketball player from the Far Eastern University and played in the 2009 University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP). Bautista now coaches’ basketball teams and does motivational speaking on his Youtube channel. He will teach fundamentals in basketball including mindset and skills lessons.
  10. Anthony Francisco, the Senior Marvel Artist, has his lesson on “How To Draw From Your Imagination” and has already started their online mentorship program on the website.
  11. Catriona Gray, 2018 crowned Miss Universe, will be teaching about “How To Be A Queen.”
  12. Whang-Od, the oldest Kalinga tattoo artist’s controversial workshop, only costs PHP 750. Nas Daily collaborated with Filipino tattoo artist Whang-Od in a workshop but was denied due to exploiting Kalinga culture and unclear agreements.

However, Sunday, August 8, Nas Daily has canceled all of its collaboration with all the Filipino partners, posted on its Facebook and website pages.

As of writing, Nas Daily decided to stop its operations in the Philippines to fix the issue accordingly.
