Other dishes also take the spotlight in their menu, including dry noodles and classic dim sum such as tofu rolls, dumplings, xiao long bao, and sio mai.
Malatang
There are a lot of Malatang restaurants to try in the metro, including Sichu Malatang and No. 1 Malatang PH. These restaurants offer a unique experience given that you can choose all of the ingredients for your noodle soupâincluding the soup base, the type of noodles, and the meat and veggie toppings you want. Lan Zhou La Mien
With its main branch in Lucky Chinatown Mall in Manila, this Chinese place offers beef noodle soup with a choice of either Sotanghon Soup, Bihon Soup, Ho Fan Soup, and Lamien Soup. Its toppings include beef broth, carrots, and vegetables. Only for P280!
Masuki
The Masuki restaurant has been around in Binondo since 1930. Instead of beef noodle soup, this place serves mami, where the soup is mixed with a special brown sauce. You have your choice of toppings, including chicken, asado, beef, and/or wontons. The original mami only costs P185!
