“Halik,” the series that shook up ABS-CBN’s primetime block in unprecedented ways, hits the airwaves again starting Saturday (February 22).

The show starring Sam Milby, Yam Concepcion, Yen Santos, and Jericho Rosales revolves around extramarital affairs and its consequences as seen through the eyes of the male lead Lino (Jericho), an angle not commonly explored in programs with comparable plots. It also underscores the struggles of Jacky (Yen), the fearless wife of Sam’s infuriating womanizer character, Ace, and the spiteful ways of Jade (Yam).

“Halik” gripped audiences, spawned memes on social media, and consistently enjoyed high TV rating. Its final episode achieved its all-time highest rating of 30.3, based on data from Kantar Media.

The Kapamilya primetime hit was also a favorite among iWant’s streaming audience, and has been broadcast in Tanzania last year.
