SM Foundation (SMFI) and University of the Philippines (U.P.) Beta Sigma Fraternity – Los Baños (LB) Chapter teamed up anew to provide relief packs for 1,200 dormitory residents inside the UPLB premises.

One relief pack consists of basic necessities such as food, toiletries, and other hygienic supplies. This will help aid the students who are stranded in their dormitories because of the declared Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ).

This continuous collaboration between SMFI and UP Beta Sigma Fraternity aims to spread social good in grassroot communities amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

It can be noted that SM Foundation first collaborated with the UP Beta Sigma Fraternity – Los Baños Chapter for the conduct its Battle Royale IX: “Fight for #SocialGood,” which is a fundraising event for various social good project of the said Fraternity. It was also the Foundation’s first social good initiative related to sports.
