Converge ICT Solutions Inc., the Philippines’ largest fixed broadband service provider, is deploying more mobile business centers in Valenzuela City to quickly address the needs of its fast-growing subscriber base. The business centers allow for ease and convenience in addressing customer requirements as Converge pushes to provide more Filipino homes with fast, reliable, and affordable digital connections.

Mobile business centers are smaller versions of Converge’s actual business offices and can handle all customer requirements, including sales, account or service modification, payments, and technical concerns. Converge is also in the process of establishing a permanent business center in Valenzuela.

The company now has six mobile business centers that can be deployed anywhere at a moment’s notice with 12 more units under production. The company intends to deploy two to three mobile business centers for every service area as a quick response to various customer needs.

“Converge continuously seeks ways to address customer concerns as well as improve customer experience even as the company expands aggressively nationwide,” says John Paul Aguilar, Group Head at Converge. “These mobile business centers are also used by the company to strengthen our presence in major events and other activities.”

Converge aims to serve around 15 million households, or around 55%, in the country by 2025. It has already laid out over 55,000 kilometers of fiber optic cable and will soon complete its national loop covering the main island groups of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
