Good News is celebrating its 10 years on air by presenting a special episode on Quezon province to be shown and narrated by women of substance led by its host Vicky Morales together with segment hosts Maey Bautista, Love Añover, and Bea Binene.

In Padre Burgos, Maey tries fishing for octopus and makes a dish out of her catch. She then goes to Lucban to taste its famous dessert called Biangkat na Kalabasa or sweetened squash. Here she also feasts on the intriguing dish called Bombay, which is cooked with carabao’s lungs.

In Calendaria, Love visits a flower farm which is home to giant sunflowers and garden gems for the plantitos and plantitas. She also checks out some of the town’s authentic native delicacies and learns how to cook Putanghir or Cassava leaves with coconut milk. Those who are craving for healthy dish should try Seafood Sinantolan.

Bea, on the other hand, heads over Real. Here she gets captivated by the Balagbag Falls. She also tries skim boarding and eats Snail in coconut milk and Sinantol. But if there’s one thing that tops Bea’s list in her Real trip, it’s having her favorite seafood which she enjoyed in the native delicacy Clams and Shrimps served in coconut.
