With the British Council and Systems Plus College Foundation (SPCF) partnership, test takers from Pampanga and neighboring provinces such as Tarlac can now take computer-delivered IELTS at a location closer to home.

‘We are honored to have been chosen as the test venue for the IELTS examination in Pampanga,’ says SPCF President Lourdes Bustamante. ‘We will live up to this trust to keep the relationship.’

As SPCF’s commitment to the partnership, they will be dedicating part of its building as a permanent testing center for both computer-delivered and paper-based tests.

SPCF’s Center for Professional Development Programme will also soon be offering English language and IELTS review sessions for students and professionals.

‘This timely partnership will help us cope with the demands for the tests while continuing to work within the current Covid-19 restrictions in the country,’ Kishore Roy, Regional Exams Director for East Asia said. ‘We are continuing to make IELTS more convenient and accessible for our test-takers so that they can more easily complete the computer-delivered test in a single day in a location closer to them’.
