Chef Lovely Jiao, the baker behind Sugarplum Pastries, once again offers egg-citing treats and sweets to add fun and festivity this Easter.

The dessert innovator encourages family and friends to gather around for some Easter egg hunt, chocolate-smashing and cookie-decorating activities.

Specifically concocted for the season, her crowd-favorite themed cookie-do makes a comeback with a how-to color wheel guide to ignite the creativity of kids to mix-and-match the frostings.

Dubbed as Egg-citing Kit, the D.I.Y. package comes with piping bags in the colors of red, yellow, blue and white and decadent naked confetti biscuits in the shapes of eggs, rainbows, and flowers.

The selection also features four Chocolate Surprise Eggs, which, when smashed, pop delectable sprinkles and toothsome toppers.

Some may even opt for Hatch Me, a scene-stealing four-inch-tall Easter egg, which likewise makes for an exhilarating game of Easter egg hunt. Inclusive of a complimentary wooden mallet, it elevates the experience into a fun activity for the entire family. This search also calls for yet another chocolate-smashing event as each treat is filled with a generous serving of an assortment of candies and other goodies.

Armed with her culinary degree from the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, she established her very own brand and launched Sugarplum Pastries in 2011.

Through the years, she has stayed true to her philosophy “no to boring desserts!” and promises to only create the most decadent pastries to celebrate family time.
