The Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. (KCFI) bagged seven awards at the Anak TV Seal Awards 2025 – Television Category, recognizing its flagship educational programs for delivering child-friendly, values-driven, and curriculum-aligned content to Filipino learners and families.

The Anak TV Seal, one of the country’s most respected distinctions for responsible and values-oriented television, affirmed KCFI’s continued leadership in educational media and its mission to make learning accessible and engaging nationwide.

KCFI president and executive director Rina Lopez expressed gratitude for the recognition. “These awards inspire us to continue creating transformative, child-safe, and curriculum-aligned educational content that uplifts the Filipino learner,” said Rina.

Among the seven recognized programs is Kapamilya star Mutya Orquia’s “Estudyantipid,” produced in partnership with BPI Foundation, which equips students with practical financial skills. Also honored is “EcoPlay,” created with Unilever Breeze, for its award-winning episode “Game On: Larong Pinoy” that celebrates Filipino traditional games and encourages young learners and communities to rediscover classic Larong Pinoy.

“Payong K!lusugan,” developed in partnership with Domex Philippines, was likewise recognized for promoting proper hygiene and clean environments through fun and engaging conversations. “AgriKids,” created with the Agricultural Training Institute of the Department of Agriculture for pre-kindergarten to Grade 2 learners, also earned distinction for introducing agriculture concepts.

“Siklo ng Enerhiya,” produced with the Department of Energy, was praised for its dynamic approach to teaching lessons on electricity and energy conservation. “Kasaysayan TV,” created with the Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma Foundation, stood out for its comprehensive Araling Panlipunan content that explores significant events and issues in Philippine history.

Completing the roster is “Wikaharian,” produced with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), a foundational literacy program recognized for strengthening early-grade reading comprehension and promoting appreciation of Filipino language and culture.
