There are no reported damages in Mindanao airports following the magnitude 6.9 quake that jolted Davao del Sur on Sunday, an official of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said.

CAAP spokesperson Eric Apolonio said inspections were conducted at the Davao International Airport, as well as airports in other affected areas, which recorded no damage.

Inspections included the airports in Laguindingan, Cotabato, Butuan, Surigao, Pagadian, and Mati.

Apolonio said the General Santos International Airport is currently on a power generator.
