Coco, Charo, And Vice Win At 11th NSCART Samar Students Honor 16 Iconic ABS-CBN Shows And Stars

Sixteen of ABS-CBN’s well-loved programs and stars were honored recently at the Northwest Samar State University Students’ Choice Awards for Radio and Television (NSCART).

Leading the winners from the Kapamilya network is the country’s longtime number one program “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” which won Best Primetime Teleserye, and hit noontime show “It’s Showtime,”
which was named Best Noontime Variety Show.

Primetime king Coco Martin was also hailed as Best Actor in a Primetime Teleserye, while Vice Ganda took home Best Noontime Variety Show Host.

The students of the Northwest Samar State University (NSSU) also honored ABS-CBN’s other iconic programs like “MMK” (Best Drama Anthology), “Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Otso” (Best Reality Show) and “ASAP Natin ‘To” (Best Variety Show), and recognized their respective hosts Charo Santos-Concio (Best Drama Anthology Host), Alex Gonzaga (Best Reality Show Host), and Billy Crawford (Best Variety Show Host).

“Gandang Gabi Vice,” which aired its final episode recently, also took home Best Showbiz Oriented Talk Show, with Vice Ganda winning Best Showbiz Oriented Talk Show as well.

Completing the Kapamilya winners in this year’s NSCART are “Umagang Kay Ganda” (Best Morning Show), “My Puhunan” (Best Business Oriented Program), “Swak na Swak” anchor Dimples Romana (Best Business Oriented Program Host), and “Bagani” lead actress Liza Soberano (Best Actress in a Primetime Teleserye).
