First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos led the Lab for All program Thursday here, delivering free medical, dental, and government services to thousands of residents.

“This is keeping with my husband’s promise that we should bring medical supplies and services to the people,” Marcos said during the event at the St. Vincent Prayer Park.

More than 1,500 registered patients benefited from Lab for All on Thursday, while over 1,400 residents in Barangay Caturay had earlier availed of medical and dental services provided by both private and government sectors.

Residents received medical check-ups, including ENT, OB-GYN, and pediatric consultations.

The Department of Health (DOH) offered laboratory tests such as ECG, ultrasound, and blood chemistry, while ophthalmology and dental services were also provided.

Various government agencies participated, including Pag-IBIG with Pag-IBIG on Wheels, PhilHealth, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, Land Transportation Office (offering free theoretical driving courses), Public Attorney’s Office, Food and Drug Administration, and the Department of Trade and Industry.

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) donated a mobile clinic to the local government.

The Department of Agriculture distributed seeds and livelihood support, while DSWD provided PHP2,000 and food packs to 1,500 indigents.

Also, eight groups received PHP1.76 million under the Sustainable Livelihood Program.
