ABS-CBN’s hit series “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo” broke its own live online viewership record on back-to-back nights that featured two highly anticipated confrontation scenes. The February 19 episode soared to a new all-time high of 852,417 peak concurrent views on Kapamilya Online Live on YouTube.

Last night’s pivotal episode was a continuation of David (McCoy De Leon), one of today’s most-hated villains, getting blatantly exposed for stealing Tanggol’s (Coco Martin) identity. This time, it was Marites (Cherry Pie Picache) who confronted him about his dark secret, with the entire heart-stopping scene unfolding right in front of Rigor (John Estrada), David’s father and his most trusted ally.

Meanwhile, the February 18 episode logged 818,949 peak concurrent views that featured the long-awaited face-off between Tanggol and David. In the action-packed episode, David got his comeuppance when he was badly beaten by Tanggol after the latter’s discovery that David has been using his identity all along.

“FPJ’s Batang Quiapo” promises even more adrenaline-pumping episodes in the coming days. Viewers should watch out for one of the show’s biggest fight scenes where Tanggol, David, Rigor, and Ramon (Christopher De Leon) all converge in Quiapo as they hunt down one another.

Last February 13, “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo” marked its second anniversary. The series will soon take an exciting twist as it welcomes new characters.

Don’t miss the action-packed scenes in “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo,” which is inspired by the original story of Regal Films, weeknights at 8 PM on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, TV5, iWantTFC, and Kapamilya Online Live. The latest episodes are available on-demand for up to 21 days after they are first streamed on Kapamilya Online Live on YouTube. For digital TV box users such as the TVplus box, rescan the device to be able to watch on TV5 and A2Z. Viewers outside of the Philippines can watch on The Filipino Channel (TFC) on cable and IPTV.
