Music veteran Gary Valenciano has once again strengthened his ties with ABS-CBN as he officially renews his contract.

“After so many years you kind of think that you’ll get used to it but then, every time you hold the pen, you kind of know that there’s a lot of memories, and memories are only built through deepened relationships. And I think that’s exactly what’s taken place in the past years with ABS-CBN,” said Gary, popularly known as Mr. Pure Energy, who has been in the music industry for 36 years.

When asked about his upcoming projects, Gary said, “One big thing that I know is I’m going to get the support of ABS in my major concert next year.”

“I am planning something in the near future for something online that will focus also on singers, but not about competing,” he added.

Present in the signing were ABS-CBN chairman Mark Lopez, ABS-CBN president and chief executive officer Carlo Katigbak, chief operating officer of broadcast Cory Vidanes, head of treasury, investor relations, business decision support & finance operations cluster 2 Rick Tan, head of non-narrative programs Lui Andrada, and Gary’s wife and manager, Angeli Pangilinan-Valenciano.
