Steve Havey is set to host the 70th Miss Universe coronation night.

The said pageant will be hosted by the crowd-favorite and comedian, Steve Harvey, making this hosting gig his sixth comeback since 2015; missing the 69th Miss Universe coronation last May, 2021.

Furthermore, the Miss Universe organization stated in its social media posts that the coronation night will take place in Eilat, Israel, announced Tuesday, June 19.

The most awaited pageant in the universe will be aired live on Fox and Telemundo.

The organization hasn’t released the exact date yet but hints that a new Miss Universe queen will be crowned this December.

In a statement released by the organization, Miss Universe 2020 Andrea Meza said she hopes “as many people as possible” get vaccinated so they can participate in the 70th Miss Universe contest.

Moreover, Israel has now gained a strong foothold in handling its dispute with Palestine after agreeing on a ceasefire last May, but still is taking more precautions after a huge increase in COVID cases last June.

Eilat is a leading tourism and leisure destination and home to some of the most luxurious hotels in Israel. Hosting three million domestic and international vacationers annually, Eilat offers over 12,000 hotel rooms of all price categories.
