In a viral video, fast food service crew Lyka Jane Nagal touched the hearts of netizens when she learned that she passed the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LET) while on duty.

Her colleague Caizer Jhon Lumibao captured her heartfelt reaction on screen—getting excited, telling her family, and continuing her work duties after crying in a corner.

In a separate post, Nagal thanked everyone who congratulated and praised her for showing hard work and balance in juggling her responsibilities.

“Gusto ko lang po sabihin na kayang-kaya natin abutin [ang] mga pangarap natin sa buhay basta tayo ay mananatiling positibo mag-isip, maparaan, mapagkawanggawa at may takot sa Diyos,” Nagal said.

“Hindi hadlang ang kakulangan sa buhay para manatiling hikahos habang buhay. Mabuhay po tayong lahat!” Nagal added, exemplifying the optimistic attitude of Filipinos.

The September 2024 LET results were released on December 13, 2024, where 20,025 out of 44,002 examinees (45.51%) passed the Elementary Level while 48,875 out of 85,926 examinees (56.88%) passed the Secondary Level.

Nagal is just one of the board passers whose story inspires Filipinos. “May we continue to inspire and be an avenue of positive stories to people!”
